Frequently Asked Questions

  • On average, our clients invest about $8,000 for full project production. However, we work with most budgets to create something that is custom to your needs. Get in touch with us to schedule an introductory call where we’ll chat about the goals and scope of your project.

  • Yes! Generally, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book your spot on the calendar. Remaining payments will be spread across the remaining couple months once your project has begun. We love working with small businesses and want to ensure that budget is not what sits in the way of hitting your goals. We can customize a payment plan that works best for you and your budget.

  • Branding and web design are intensive processes that take time to plan and create. Depending on your package, expect your project to take anywhere from 4-10 weeks.

  • We’ll begin in Honeybook where you’ll receive your proposal, contract, and invoices. Here we’ll gather all the questionnaires and info we’ll need to begin your project. Once our project begins, you’ll be sent an invitation to your project hub in Notion. This is where we’ll communicate about your project and remind you of important tasks and deadlines.

  • Please note that our projects are often booked out months in advance. BUT, the sooner you reach out the better. Fill out our contact form to get started.

  • To start off we’ll schedule an intro call to see if we’re a good fit for each other. If everything checks out, we’ll send a customized proposal for your project. A deposit and a signed contract mean you are officially on our calendar!

  • Your primary logo is the main design that you'll use most often to represent your brand. You might use this in your website's header, your business cards, or packaging.

Secondary Logos and other variations help support your brand with extra, flexible options and can be useful for specific design needs. You can sprinkle these all through your branding experience too including social media, web footers, packaging and inserts, etc.

Brand marks are a simplified form of your logo. Think the Nike swoosh! You can use this more and more as your brand builds recognition, but starting out we recommend using it as a supporting element.

  • Collateral includes all the branding extras you might need. This could be printed materials such as business cards, flyers, and brochures or digital materials such as ad designs, email templates, and social media templates. We'll determine if there's any extra design needs that might be helpful in supporting your brand's overall experience.

  • Yes! We want your project to have continued success after our launch. We encourage you to book our monthly retainer for social media management, web maintenance and other design collateral you may need.

  • We specialize in full brand identities. If you're looking to start small, our mini brand might be a great fit. We'll set you up with foundational design elements including a primary logo, brand mark, color palette, typography selections, and a mini style guide. This is our smallest brand package.
