Your Roadmap

Let’s begin your journey to the summit.

01. Gear Up

We have a few housekeeping items before we embark on our journey together. This includes an initial deposit and a signed contract. Once you’re booked we’ll send you your “field guide” that outlines all our project details and asks you all the important questions. We’ll also send you a link to our project hub in Notion. This acts as our project’s “base camp” and is where our project communication will take place.

02. Exploration

This is when we dive in and learn about your brand, clients, goals, personality, offerings and more. We’ll leave no stone unturned in the process! After extensive brainstorming we’ll begin crafting our strategy and creative direction that will inform and guide all of our designs.

03. The Trek

This is the real work of our journey. But don’t worry you can sit back and relax for most of it. We’ll be hard at work creating your initial deck of design concepts. Then you’ll have the chance to refine, give feedback, and make sure everything is exactly how you want it before we present you with your final product.

04. The Summit

We made it! Here we soak up the view and celebrate the journey. You’ll be presented with your finalized project including all files and helpful information on how to use your new designs.
